Acquisition Markt 105 - Scheidingstraat 1A in 's-Hertogenbosch

HM Vastgoed B.V. has acquired the municipal monument located at Markt 105 - Scheidingstraat 1A in 's-Hertogenbosch. The property was previously owned by Altera Vastgoed.

Current tenant, Paprika, has been occupying the space since mid-2014. The upper floors, which are currently vacant, will be converted into residential units. This renovation will enhance the safety, liveliness, and economic appeal of the historic city center of 's-Hertogenbosch, while also prioritizing sustainability and residential quality.

HM Vastgoed is a joint venture between Novabest and Mobion Group, both of which see potential in transforming inner-city retail properties into vibrant and multi-functional locations.

HM Vastgoed was advised by Retail Capital, TaylorWessing, MIBA Bouwmanagement, and MVGM during the acquisition, while Altera Vastgoed was assisted by KroesePaternotte.
