ARC acquires shopping complex in Zoetermeer

ARC Real Estate Partners has acquired a shopping complex of approximately 2,000 m² gross floor area (GFA) in Stadshart Zoetermeer on behalf of one of its clients. The complex, consisting of three retail units, was sold by Mobion Group.

The shopping property is centrally located at Promenadeplein, with C&A as the main tenant under a long-term lease agreement. In addition, Babos Hair Salon and GSM Paradise occupy the other two units as tenants.

The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by retail investment broker Retail Capital and legally represented by Lexence. The buyer was commercially supported by ARC Real Estate Partners, legally by Dentons, and technically by SGS Search.
