HM Vastgoed has given the floors above the Blokker, Score and Superdry stores in Tilburg city centre a new function. With the redevelopment of the former store floors, we increase the safety, liveliness and economic attractiveness of the core shopping area.
The retail properties are located on Heuvelstraat, in the center of Tilburg. With the redevelopment, the property has been expanded to a total of three stores and 32 independent living units. During the renovation, extra attention was paid to sustainability and the addition of residential quality. The apartments will be rented out to students and young professionals.
