Mobion Group and Novabest have acquired a commercial space located at Casablancastraat 22 in Haarlem. The object is located on the east side of shopping center Schalkwijk, near the entrance of the Nicepassage. Shopping center Schalkwijk fulfills a supra-regional function and houses over 110 tenants.
Due to developments in the immediate vicinity, the shopping area will be further optimized and improved in the coming years. Important focal points for the development are increasing the level of facilities and adding housing.
With this future perspective, Mobion Group and Novabest are pleased with this acquisition. The property was completed in 2020 and has a total size of 255 m². After acquisition, the property was immediately leased long-term to Collins Foods Netherlands. The landlord and tenant are very happy with the extension of the cooperation.
After a short renovation, the tenant will open a new branch of fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken here at the end of 2022. In the immediate vicinity are branches of Albert Heijn, Etos, Gall&Gall and Kinepolis, among others.
