Mobion Group Acquires Mixed-Use Complex in the City Center of ’s-Hertogenbosch

Mobion Group has recently acquired three contiguous properties in the historic city center of 's-Hertogenbosch. These properties collectively constitute a single complex, comprising one vacant restaurant space, one retail space, 12 student rooms, and two full-fledged apartments.

With this acquisition, Mobion Group reinforces its presence in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch and recognizes the significant potential of this versatile location. The complex's prime corner location at the intersection of Visstraat and Smalle Haven makes it an attractive prospect for a variety of uses.

The retail space at Visstraat 29 has been leased to Erica Kruiderijen for several years. Following a brief renovation period, the vacant restaurant space will be occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken (Collins Foods Europe).

This lease transaction ensures the immediate and long-term full occupancy of the complex post-acquisition. Mobion Group, through its mixed-use approach, is able to create an investment product that is less susceptible to economic fluctuations, thereby achieving a stable return on investment.

In this transaction, the buyer received legal counsel from TaylorWessing and technical support from MIBA Bouwmanagement and ToBuild. The seller, a private investor, was commercially represented by Van Hamond Vastgoed.
