Mobion Group and Certo Capital are pleased with the acquisition of shopping area De Parade in the municipality of Bergen op Zoom.
De Parade is a shopping area located in the historic centre of Bergen op Zoom and consists of more than 15,000 m² of retail space, divided over 29 units. The largest tenants in the complex are Jumbo, Hema, Perry Sport, Bever and H&M. The complex is connected to a parking garage with over 400 public parking spaces.
