Winkelcentrum Woensel 400 fully let

Mobion Group and Novabest have fully let the former bank office in Winkelcentrum Woensel in Eindhoven. The complex was acquired in October 2021 and has since been converted and split into four (4) rental units.

Immediately after the acquisition, the three units on the ground floor were let to hospitality formats Collins Foods Netherlands (KFC), Wok to Go and De Beren. With the letting of the first floor to Mondzorgkliniek Woensel by real estate broker The Key, the complex has been fully and long-term let.

The opening of this new branch of Wok to Go is planned for mid-January 2023. The opening of Mondzorgkliniek Woensel and De Beren is expected in mid-March 2023.

We were already convinced of WoensXL's future prospects and the potential of the complex has also been recognized by market parties due to its prosperous letting.
